How do I determine the right size for my Taos shoes?
Most of our footwear fits true to size, but we recommend consulting our detailed Size Guide found on each product page. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for the best fit.

Our secret is in the footbed. We utilize Curves & Pods® premium removable footbeds and Soft Support™ technology to provide anatomical arch support and pressure relief for all-day wear.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unworn shoes in their original packaging. Exchanges are free, while returns for a refund may be subject to a small shipping and handling fee.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental United States. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your pair sooner.
Can I wash my Taos sneakers?
Many of our canvas sneakers are machine washable. Remove the footbeds and laces, wash on a cold, gentle cycle, and always air dry. Do not put them in the dryer as high heat can damage the adhesives.
