At Taos Footwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes aren't the perfect fit or style, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label and a packing slip, then print them directly from your browser.
- 3.Package Your Shoes
Place the unworn footwear in its original shoe box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton with the packing slip included.
- 4.Drop Off and Track
Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location; you will receive an email once your refund is processed.
